But we’re so much more than just another caravan park. There are over 130 acres are waiting to be explored. Follow one of the many woodland paths plenty of paths which will lead to a wealth of discoveries. These include our mystical tarn, sculptures and breathtaking views of the Langdale Pikes and surrounding fells.
There are a wealth of things to see and do in the local area. We’re well placed to visit award-winning attractions as well as the beautiful scenery. Explore popular places such as Windermere, Ambleside, Coniston and Grizedale Forest.
Although Skelwith Fold has over 470 pitches it has the feel of a much smaller park. The accommodation areas have been carefully set out in small woodland glades. These are nestled amongst natural features, creating a sense of quiet and intimacy. Even in the height of the season, the park does not have a crowded feel.
