Map of Moss Wood Caravan Park
Welcome to Moss Wood Caravan Park – Explore all of our facilities by hovering over each of the different sections of the map below.
Well-Stocked Coarse Fishing Lake
Hidden in a quiet corner of Moss Wood, the fishing lake provides a tranquil space to get away and enjoy your fishing. Stocked with a range of locally sourced fish, it is a favourite spot of many of our guests.
Playing Area
An adventure playground for our younger guests, which is well maintained and has a soft ground for safety. There is a picnic bench next to the playing area for parents to relax while their children enjoy the park.
Heated Washrooms and Laundrette
There’s nothing like a hot shower in the morning or after a long day! Our heated toilet block and wash facilities are always kept clean and ready for our guests, with disabled facilities provided. The laundrette is also available seven days a week.
Picnic Area
A nice quiet area sheltered by trees with picnic tables and a bit of space to let the children (or dog!) run around. Especially popular in the summer when the trees provide a bit of shade.
Woodland Walk
Half a kilometre of native woodland, with a maintained path running the full length, allowing our guests a leisurely walk. At different times of year you can often find different wildflowers growing amongst the trees.
Shop & Reception
Our new shop and reception building is the first welcome you have to Moss Wood. We have a range of locally produced food (and beer!) available along with everyday essentials. And we’re always ready to help out when you need us!
Recreational field
Over two acres of field to have fun with. Football, kite flying and exercising the dog are all very popular with our guests – although not usually all at once! Bordered by 3,000 square foot of wildflower for those less inclined to run around.
Touring area
31 pitches (10 reserved for seasonal use) set in an open field with a lot of space. All pitches are hardstanding with 16 Amp electricity and water provided. There is also wifi available across all the touring pitches.
