In addition to pre-owned holiday homes, we also have new static caravans available to purchase. Or, if you have something specific in mind, we can liaise directly with dealers or manufacturers to have your dream make and model delivered to the site.

The price of our holiday homes vary, depending on their age, size and whether they are new or pre-owned.
What are the annual pitch fees?
Site fees vary depending on the size and the location of the pitch. Pitch fees are currently £2,910 for a standard pitch or £3,330 for a premium pitch (correct for 2026 season). These are assessed every year in line with inflation.
When can I use my holiday home?
The park is open from 1st March to 31st October each year.
Can I live in my holiday home permanently?
No, it is not possible to live in your holiday home. It must be a secondary residence.
Can I sublet my holiday home?
No, we strictly prohibit subletting at Moss Wood Caravan Park.
Are new and pre-owned holiday homes available?
Yes, we supply new and pre-owned holiday homes.
What’s included when I buy a holiday home?
Our holiday homes come fully furnished and the price includes carpets, furnishings and kitchen appliances. Unless otherwise stated, siting, pitch preparation and caravan transport is also included.
