Are there any other costs to consider with owning a holiday home?
Our annual holiday home pitch fees at Moss Wood are £2590 for a standard pitch or £2990 for a premium pitch (for the 2023 season). This is payable on 1st March - we do offer an early payment discount of £80 if payment is received before 1st February. Local Authority Rates are around £181.86 (2022 rate) and are due around July. Insurance is necessary for all holiday homes on the park. We can make it easy for you to insure your happy place, with no phone calls to insurers or websites. We can offer you a competitive quote from Compass Insurance, put you on cover and help support you with claims. You are of course free to shop around for the best deal if you wish.
