How much are the annual site fees?

As a holiday home owner, you will be required to pay a site fee. Site fees go towards the upkeep of the park to ensure it is well maintained and a pleasant environment for all owners. Site fees vary depending on the size of the pitch and location. Pitch fees are currently £2,800 for a standard pitch or £3,220 for a premium pitch (correct for 2025 season). These are assessed every year in line with inflation.
